Withdrawal Information
Effective: 13 July 2026.
14-day withdrawal right
If you conclude the participation contract as a consumer at a distance, you generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason.
How to exercise the right
Send an unambiguous statement to: VIPACH / Zentralverband Ungarischer Vereine und Organisationen in Österreich, Schwedenplatz 2, Top 8–9, 1010 Vienna, Austria; email: office@vipach.at. It is sufficient to send the statement before the 14-day period expires.
Refund
Following a valid withdrawal, affected payments are refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal statement, generally using the original payment method.
Services beginning during the withdrawal period
If you expressly request that photography or preparation services begin before the 14 days expire and later withdraw, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for services already performed. The right may expire after full performance if you expressly agreed to early performance and acknowledged the loss of the right.
Individually manufactured lenticular artwork
The lenticular artwork made from your portraits to personal specifications may fall within the statutory exception for custom-made goods. This exception applies only to the individual-production element and only when the legal conditions are met. You will receive separate information before manufacturing begins.
